Ordering and Delivery
Our flowers will be delivered the day after you placed your order, by default. All orders must be made by 4 pm (Singapore time) for delivery the next day. All flowers will be sent out between 10 am to 12 noon (Singapore time) the next day, unless a later date is specified. Depending on where the recipient resides, the time it takes for the product to reach him or her, may vary.
If you would like your flowers to be delivered at a later date, please specify the date at the “special instructions for seller” box before checkout.
Prices for all flowers are inclusive of delivery within Singapore only. A note card will be provided with your flowers. Please write your message at the "special instruction to seller" box before checkout. If no message is provided, a blank card will be provided.
If the recipient is unreachable or uncontactable, the flowers will be returned to Yen Floral. The buyer may subsequently collect it by contacting Yen Floral via Whatsapp @+65-96811235 or email email@example.com, or request for the flowers to be resent to the recipient at an additional delivery fee of $10.
Cancellation and Refund
Flowers ordered for delivery the next day cannot be cancelled. Flowers which have been delivered to the recipient cannot be returned for refunds.
For orders made 3 days or longer in advance, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before 10 am of the scheduled delivery date (Singapore time), subject to a 5 % administration charge. The refund will be made to buyer after the deduction of the administration charge.
By visiting our site and ordering flowers from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated herein.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or provide any service to anyone at any time without providing any reason.
We reserve the right to change our prices, contents, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or announcement.
